BENILDE TOWN HALL

Hear ye! Hear ye! BeTOWN is here to gather your feedback on the BeSG, and likewise, BeSG’s opportunity to introduce itself and share upcoming projects and initiatives with the student body.

OBJECTIVES

To create an inclusive environment where students can voice their opinions and suggestions regarding the new BSG Constitution.

 

To educate students about the proposed changes in school policies, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged.

To foster a sense of community and belonging among the student body through active participation.

STAKEHOLDERS
    • Represented Schools of Benilde (SNMA, SED, SACP, SMS, SMIT, SHRIM, SDEAS, SDG)
    • Scholars
    • Athletes
    • Student-Leaders
    • Student-Journalists
    • Social Worker-Students among others.

We have set the next BETOWN for the next terms and the current term on a set interval and time setting that we hope the event would maximize accommodation for the student body.

A salient project under the BeSG belt, the BeTown is an important project to sustain and it only requires effective marketing and awareness of its existence and its importance to the student body.

We are actively encouraging students to attend the upcoming BeTown, emphasizing its role as the primary grievance town hall where BeSG can address concerns with the administration. To enhance this, we aim to ensure students submit grievances properly through BeSG’s established channels, including grievance forms, regular checks, and open social media platforms. Additionally, we plan to implement a robust marketing campaign across campuses using room-to-room promotions, newsfeed posts, and posters to maximize participation and engagement.
